Going for the gold

John continues to amaze me with his athletic abilities. John took 1st place at the mile run , in his grade. He competed against not only his classmates in the third grade, but also the boys from Paris, and Georgetown. Way to go John!

SWEET SIXTEEN!

Kiley celebrated her 16th birthday at the end of May. It's hard to beieve that she is this old. Where did my little girl go? It's fun having her as a teenager, but oh how I wish I could turn back time and keep her little. Happy sweet sixteen Kiley!

when Kiley was asked" What would you like for your birthday?" her response was " A Car" Well she knew what my response was going to be. but I made her the best next thing.

Katelin's 12th Birthday

Wow! How the years have flew. Katelin celebrating her 12th birthday. She wasn't to happy on the way she had to spend her bithday. The first thing she had to do on her special day was go to school. Then she spent the evening at her band concert. She was not to happy with the band teacher. But when all was said and done, it turned out to be a pretty good day.

Jayce's First Haircut!

Jayce after having his first haircut. His reward for being so good was a sucker. The look on his face? It says don't even think about taking my sucker away, I deserve it.
Marty took Jayce to get his first haircut today. I really didn't want to cut his hair so soon, but it needed it. He was such a good little boy sitting in the Barbers chair for the first time. Not a care in the world.

Going To Nationals!

We are so proud of John! He has worked so hard and had been so commited to his wrestling this year. Last weekend he went to the state wrestling tounements, up in Boise ID. He took Third in Greco Roman Style and Third in Free Style. His season record after state was 77 wins, and 11 loses. He is now on the Idaho National Wrestling Team, and will be representing the state of Idaho at regionals, and nationals coming up in June. Way to go John !

Chicken Pox!

We had an unwanted visitor an couple of weeks ago. Jayce came down with the chicken pox of all things. He was covered from head to toe, and in places I can't mention in public. The poor kid was such a little trooper, he would just lay there when I would lather him with lotion for his pox, and take his medicine. Not only did he get the pox, he ended up with and ear infection in both ears, just as the pox were on there way out. What a tough little guy. He's finally feeling better.Yeah!

Spring Break in Vegas!

We spent the night in Vegas and took the kids to see some of the sights. They spent some time at the M&M store, and various other similar stores. The only problem with being out at night was everyone else was too. It was very crowded. Of course it would be Spring Break for everyone else too!

Katelin, John, Marty and I went to the Kings tournement. It was a dinner and program. We had a lot of fun. Our section represented Irland. If you notice we had a really good looking prince. Katelin was really excited. They served us Cornish hens, patato logs, and broccoli that looked like a tree it was so large. There was a lot of food, but it sure was good. This was John's favorite part. He didn't have to us his utensils. Now your asking, where is Kiley and Jayce? Kiley went with her counsin Kelsey and Grandma Watson to go celebrate Kelseys birthday, and grandma took Jayce with.

John spent the morning at grandma Watson's sailing a sail boat out on their pond.

John and Jayce playing in the tires.

we just got new tires for the suv, the boys thought it would be fun to play in the tires.

I Just noticed that I added my title and pictures for halloween backwards to start at the bottom of the page and work your way up. Some day I'll get the hang of this.
November came in such a hurry, It was a blur. We had a wedding. Courtney was married on November 14th.

It;s about time!

Kiley and her friends Amy and Kelsey, halloween night. What a scary fright!

Jayce at Halloween. Grrrrr! What a cute lion.

Katelin and Jayce Halloween.

Ok! I know I haven't been so good at keeping up with my blogging these past few month's. I can't figure out why I never have time to sit and just play on the computer. So I thought I would sit down and up date you on the happenings of our lives.

October flew by in a hurry, probably because we were so busy getting ready for a wedding. Jayce and Katelin were the only ones at home for Halloween this year, since Kiley decided to go hang with her friends. Marty and John were in Denver Colorado at a wrestling Tounement. John took 5th place in a national tournement. Way to go John!

Katelin dressed up as a pirate, and Jayce as a cute lion. I kept trying to get Jayce to roar like a lion but he just wouldn't do it for me. Until the day after Halloween, then he growled most of the day what a cutie.
